Nueva versrión de JFreeChart

El pasado dýa 10 liberaron la versrión 0.9.9 de la librerýa JFreeChart. Estas son las mejoras, según se detalla en su pýgina web:
- merged the horizontal and vertical axis, plot and renderer classes.
- Added new attributes for controlling item label positioning.
- Added a new SegmentedTimeLine class for use with the DateAxis class.
- Added CombinedDomainCategoryPlot and CombinedRangeCategoryPlot classes.
- Implemented a new XYDifferenceRenderer.
- Added support for colored bands between tick values.
- Added a new HistogramDataset class.
- Numerous other enhancements and bug fixes, please see the README file for more details.
